These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Jig ("Service"), operated by Agent Jig ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use Agent Jig to evaluate and test AI agents you own or are authorized to test. You may not use the Service to evaluate third-party systems without authorization, generate illegal content, or circumvent usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@agentjig.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Free plan is limited to 50 evals per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of your eval scenarios, agent outputs, and any other data you submit to Agent Jig. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Agent Jig platform, brand, and documentation are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or brand assets without written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Jig's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Agent Jig will detect all regressions or that eval scores are a complete measure of agent quality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
